Nicola Scott

Nicola Scott is interested in how we see ourselves in relationship to the natural world. Her printmaking practice developed through study at the City Lit and ELP. In The Patio Project ( August 2019 onwards) a plate the size of a patio brick is left on exposed on a patio each month, creating a record in time and seasons. Weathered, riddled with marks from the activity of plants, cats, snails and other life, the results include comments from outside of humanity.
