Liz Collini

Liz Collini's screen prints, drawings and installations investigate the ambiguities and hidden codes of language, sometimes through the overt construction of words and phrases and sometimes through processes of dissolution. Her work operates at the intersection between text and image. Liz joined ELP in 2007 on completion of an MA in printmaking at the RCA since when she has shown widely in the UK and abroad, including Portugal, the US, Japan, France and Finland. A large commissioned piece is on display in the V&A Prints and Drawings Study Room. Works have also been acquired by the British Museum and the International Text Archive at Bury, Greater Manchester amongst other institutions. Liz's work has been featured in a number of books and publications. A full CV is available on her website.
