Cy Bernheim

Cy Bernheim is a London based interdisciplinary artist who is inspired by nature and the urban environment. Cy's intention is to create works celebrating the wonders of the world, whether naturally-occurring or man-made, and to offer her audience a different way of seeing their familiar environments. Cy uses drawing and photography to capture the details of her surroundings and printmaking processes in particular digital processes and etching processes to translate the imagery into original artworks. Cy's background in science and textile design have influenced her work in terms of subject matter, focus on detail, colour, materials and the textural quality of her prints.
